the Troop.

5/28—Final deadline
Pat Barrett made a motion that the money made from the first book sale stay
with the troop, and every ticket sold thereafter has $2 going to the scout
(as a camp
credit). He also suggested that Scout Fair ads should remain the same as
last year. The expectation is that every scout sells at least one book.
Leon proposed that there be a 50/50 split between the troop and the scout
for ads sold.
Both motions carried.
Membership:
Carol Clarkston has created a flyer for recruiting. She will distribute the
flyers to local schools, and make them available to pass out during Scout
Fair Ticket
Sales. Pat Barrett suggested adding graphics and adding a Pack 80 contact
and a Council Contact, as well as the website URL.
The suggestion was made to accept any requests for information from prospective
recruits and pass the information on to appropriate leaders. Margaret suggested
the Troop run an ad in the Scan, and in exchange for the fee the troop
could perform a service project.

The Troop enjoyed a successful Rifle and Shotgun campout.
The Klondike Derby workshop was also successful. The KnightRiders participated.
