Martin will get the Den Chiefs Ð If theyÕre committed to do their roles to the
pack.

Business: 1) Renewed State
Park Pass.
2) Transportation Ð Trailer registered including spare tire.

Business: 1) Charter Reorganization Ð will have to help out Scoutmaster to
train Asst. Scoutmasters or adult
leaders.
2) New position open Ð Service Project Coordinator.
Membership
ChairÐ Carol Clarkston:

for membership dues.

renewal deadline 01/31/2005.

House Ð Volunteering work Ð Eagle project Ð will provide information to Steve
Hupp and Diane Wooten.

Red Hot Scorpion Patrol Advisor - Mr. Velazquez:

will donate $1,500 Ð troop need to do some work, provide supporting documents
and quotes.

Cycling
Camp out fees can not be renewed due to late notification - $60 loss: Eric
Johnson - Troop will have to incur the loss not the kids.

Camp out Ð rescheduled on 01/14/05 Ð 01/16/05.
