Adult leaders can earn awards for their training and service. For information on the following awards, just click on the knot!

Below is a chart describing the most common "knots" worn by Adult Leaders in Troop 80. For a more complete list, visit The U.S. Scouts Service Project awards page.

Youth Religious Knot- Religious award earned as a Scout. One of the youth awards that may be worn on adult uniform.
Arrow of Light Knot- Adult version of the Arrow of Light award earned as a Webelos Scout. One of the youth awards that may be worn on adult uniform.
Eagle Scout Knot- Adult version of the Eagle Scout award earned as a Boy Scout. One of the youth awards that may be worn on adult uniform.
Scouter Training Award Knot- Earned by adults in Boy Scouting after completing training, performance and tenure (2 years) requirements.
Scoutmaster Key Award Knot- Earned by Scoutmasters after completing training, performance and tenure (3 years) requirements.
Scoutmaster Award of Merit Knot- Earned by Scoutmasters who have been nominated by the Troop Committee and Patrol Leaders Council. Must fulfill certain tenure, training and performance requirements
Tiger Den Leader Award Knot- Earned by adults serving as Tiger Cub Den Leader after completing training, performance and tenure (1 year) requirements.
Cub Scout Den Leader Award Knot- Earned by adults serving as Wolf or Bear Cub Scout Den Leader after completing training, performance and tenure (1 year) requirements.
Webelos Den Leader Award Knot- Earned by adults serving as Webelos Cub Scout Den Leader after completing training, performance and tenure (1 year) requirements.
Cub Scouter Award Knot- Earned by adults serving as a Cub Scout Leader in any capacity after completing training, performance and tenure (2 years) requirements.
Cub Scouter Den Coach Award Knot- this award is no longer used, but Scouters who have earned it in the past may still wear it.
Cubmaster Award Knot- Earned by adults serving as Cubmaster after completing training, performance and tenure (2 years) requirements.
District Award of Merit Knot- Awarded by the District to Scouters who render outstanding service beyond the expectations of that Scouting position.
Silver Beaver Award Knot- Presented to Scouters at the Council level for unusual dedication and service.
